ADLS Transport Terms & Conditions for Airport Transfers & Private Hire Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to ADLS Transport. We provide dedicated airport transfer and private hire services tailored to our clients needs. Please note that we are not a regular taxi service; all bookings must be made in advance, and our services operate on a pre-arranged basis only.
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Bookings & Payments
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance via email or our website.
A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash upon prior agreement.
A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or unforeseen delays.
3. Service Conditions
3.1 Airport Transfers
It is the customer responsibility to provide accurate flight details.
We monitor flight arrivals; however, delays beyond a reasonable timeframe may result in additional charges.
If the passenger does not show up within 60 minutes of the flight landing, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
3.2 Private Hire Services
Our private hire services are exclusively pre-booked and tailored for specific transport needs which is (4 passenger car)
Customers must provide clear details of the journey, including pickup and drop-off locations.
Any changes to the booking must be communicated and confirmed in advance.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: Full refund minus any transaction fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup: No refund.
No-show bookings: No refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
5. Passenger Conduct & Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be charged to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately or causing disruption.
6. Liability & Limitations
ADLS Transport is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
While we take every precaution to ensure timely service, we are not liable for missed flights or appointments.
In case of vehicle breakdown, we will arrange an alternative vehicle whenever possible, but no additional compensation will be provided.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store personal data only for booking and service purposes.
Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
ADLS Transport reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
